Despite of being responsible for transporting 30% of all Mexico’s freight cargo, connecting the heart of Mexico’s industry with the US and the rest of the world, and being one of the private organizations with the largest investment in the country’s infrastructure; KCSM had an significant opportunity to raise awareness of its actions and strengthen its reputation among the country’s top level decision makers. We helped KCSM by building the company’s brand positioning, designing its messaging structure and developing its first brand building campaign under a B2B2C strategy.
